After getting married, it's common for a woman to do a maiden name change or change her last name to that of her husband's. But you may not have done it (yet) for various reasons.

The bride taking the groom’s name is not the only way to go. A groom can also change his last name to the bride’s. This is not as popular, but it does happen. A groom may have a long last name or a name he isn’t fond of and decide he wants the bride’s name.
